Edgar Allen Poe and Annabelle Lee

Since Poe had a boisterous childhood, his poesys give off a sad mood and they a good deal talk about death. His acetous childhood contributed significantly to the using of his poetry, specifically in the poem Annabel Lee. Poe was born in capital of Massachusetts in 1809. His parents were Elizabeth Arnold Poe and David Poe but they passed absent before Poe was even three. As a result, he lived in the household of Frances Keeling Valentine Allan and her husband illusion Allan, who lived in capital of Virginia, Virginia. Poe was abused by his step father when he was young. When he was older he attended schools in Richmond and eventually went to the University of Virginia, but was forced to leave because of inadequate monetary support from his foster parents. Poe accordingly moved back to capita l of Massachusetts where he enlisted in the armament and published his first parade of poetry, Tamerlane and Other Poems. Poe received an editorship at The Southern Literary courier and became very successful, especially after publishing The Raven. His wife, Virginia Clemm died from tuberculosis in 1847, and two years later, Poe himself had died on October 7, 1849. After his death, people all the same admired his poems and short stories. He was acknowledged as a major literary figure, a master of the Gothic aureole and interior monologue.
